Retail Express sells furniture for homes and outdoor spaces, including dining tables, coffee tables, side tables, outdoor sofas.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking information by email where available.

We accept secure payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards.

Available payment options may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify, and payments are processed securely through Shopify checkout and trusted payment providers.

If your order has not been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all parts and packaging where possible.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may take extra time to show the refund.
